Great place to get new tires for your vehicle. Gary was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional when helping me choosing the right brand. He also inspected my old tires before we moved forward. Also worth mentioning - the quote you'll get includes installation and balancing, the only extra fee is tire disposal ($5/per tire) which is optional. They have great selection in stock, my car was in and out within couple hours and they were busy when I got there. Highly recommend!

I am a regular customer. the owner convinced me to do tire alignment after checking my car the technician that I don’t think he knows much about cars asked me to fix the lower control arm that I just installed about a month ago and charged me $20 and they explained to me that it will be deducted from the alignment cost when I come back. I took the car to my mechanic and after checking it he could not find anything rong with the car. I took the car to town faire tire because I bought 4 tire and benett tires refused to install them because you have to buy from them.town faire tire did the alignment without mentioning anything and the car drives like new. I was too nice and i went back to Benett tires and I explained to the lady owner if I can transfer that $20 to a different car because there is nothing rong with the car and I might not be able to fix it. Then she explained to me that the $20 is for diagnostics. When I told her that This never happened to me in other locations she answered that they are small business and they have different policies. I think I am the one who is rong trying to get business to small businesses. By the way the other location charged me $119 for4 tires installing ,balancing and alignment.

Susan is extremely responsible and this place is really friendly. The first time I visited this place was for wheel balancing, their warm welcoming environment was the first thing that surprised me. They did an amazing job and the price was really fair. I also had a tire that ha been leaking for quite a while so I decided to go back there to have it looked at. Susan and her staff were all very friendly and willing to help. They had the rim sanded quickly and professionally at a very fair price. However, I did realize that my tire was still leaking after more than a month, and I went back to the place expecting that I'd have pay to have it fixed again. Yet Susan just took care of it at no cost of mine, and told me that I could come back again if there's any problems. Well yeah you guessed it, I realized that it was still leaking two weeks later and I took it back there, and they sanded the rims for me again and I didn't have to pay anything at all. I really appreciate how responsible they are, that they just take their responsibility and do their job until the problem is solved. Highly recommended if you are seeking an honest place that will take care of you and get the job done right.
