Outstanding customer service. They were willing to stay well after closing hours to make sure we drove off the same day in our RX350. Stayed positive the whole time. Were reasonable negotiators. Extra features were offered but no pressure. Were proactive in showing us car features. Washed, vacuumed the car once more before we drove off. Had to come back for inspection the next day because techs already left for the night - not a biggie. Overall we left very pleased with our experience. I’ve been to many dealerships. These guys beat them all. Special thanks to Fred, Sovy, Walter and Nick.

I made an appointment here and was guaranteed a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I arrived to my appointment and was told upon arrival that they didn’t have any loaners. I do not live near the dealership and made the trip just for this appointment, i had 2 little kids in the car and another appointment to get to. I asked the guy why I wasn’t even called to be made aware of this, and all he said was he didn’t know and doesn’t know when a loaner would be available. I told them to cancel my appointment because I could not stay at the dealership for multiple hours. They did not even try to rectify the problem or ask what they can do for the inconvenience, or offer me another appointment slot. Very disappointed Edit to answer your question: I scheduled this appointment 7/11 for 7/13, 2 days ahead of time. It was also for 2pm so they had plenty of time to call me and inform me there were no loaners and failed to do so.

I have only come to this dealership to have my 2019 Lexus serviced, they are informative, quick in response, and super friendly. Fairly priced, and great customer service. Laurie is literally the reason I’ve continued coming here, she is absolutely the sweetest most cheerful person I have had the pleasure of meeting. She has only & always recommended exactly what my car has needed, and always informed me if something could wait or not. Also can’t forget Barry’s great customer service!

My family unfortunately and unexpectedly found ourselves in an immediate need for a vehicle after my husband's was totaled. After some online digging we came across a beautiful, used Chrysler 300S on the Ira Lexus lot. Our salesman Joe, was fantastic through and through, creating one of the best purchasing experiences we've had. Joe and his manager Geoff stayed beyond closing time, were polite, conversational, and happy to help us keep within our budget.
