Been going here for year's and 0 issues with staff or Dr's and trust me I've been all over A+

If I could give them a negative star review I would. In all fairness, I never even saw a Dr. My PCP gave me a referral to this endo because of bloodwork and obvious thyroid disfunction (swelling so bad I can't breathe or swallow at times). The girl that answered the phone REFUSED to give me an appointment. She flat out said NO that she needed other labs, as if the referral from my PCP wasn't enough. Mind you, I had done bloodwork with my PCP on top of very obvious, visual thyroid swelling. SHE REFUSED to make me an appointment to see the endo. This girl hardly cared about my health. AVOID AT ALL COSTS . The girls answering the phones are in desperate need of training and or a little common sense. There is a reason this place has such bad reviews.
