We have moved here since Oct 2020 and the service and fees are TERRIBLE. They charge ridiculous for trash, sewer and water. We have to complain to corporate for every service request we have needed. Maintenance will close out the request as resolved without even checking on the actual unit. Our water heater is constantly going out to the point we cant even take showers when we want to. When we first moved in we had an oven that didn't work which wasn't replaced after 3 months!

First The Manager and the assist manager they both are very sweet person did the only thing I had problems with was no hot water I move in on 02/23/2021 with no hot water for 03/03/2021 every day I call around there every day until I got very upset talk about call channel 4 new one of the Maintenance decide to give me a call and I don’t believe in n mistreat no one Maintenance they are not on point over. There . all they doing riding around or stand around and talking but I love my place they just need to check before renting out an apartment
