My initial conversation with T&J movers was great. Picked on up the first ring, answered my questions quickly and gave me a fair quote for my move date which was over a month away. I confirmed the booking the week of the move and the owner confirmed with me right away. The morning of my move, the owner texted and stated that their equipment had been stolen and he could send a crew but they wouldn't have equipment. I said that was fine - I had my own dolly, etc. The owner texted back they would see us at the confirmed time. They never showed. I started texting and calling 30 minutes after the start time. I got no answer, and they never showed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Completely unprofessional and left me in a really tight bind on Memorial day weekend when every other mover was booked. I trusted them because of the great reviews on Google and I am so frustrated that I did.

Blue, DJ, & Derion did an amazing job with our move! They were patient and understanding and respected our belongings which we greatly appreciated. The pricing was also very fair! We definitely recommend T&J’s for your moving needs.
