Service is nice and ice cream changes all the time. So its never the same. They will serve the people behind you though and not finish the people in line so shortly there will be people crawling all over each other. Whats the point in being in line of they are going to skip you?

Me (Trenia) and my co-worker ( Regina) visited this Braum's, Friday morning to order 70 breakfast burritos and 20 sausage biscuits. It was only a few ladies in there but the district Manager didn't panick. She (Ms. MiCole) was calm and friendly. I like her personality and her work ethics. We work across the street at the City Of Dallas Sanitation Dept. We bought this food for the men we work with for Father's Day.

I'm giving this rating because I brought a couple of my Coworkers to lunch they treated me. One of the Combo Meals meat was too pink 😳 and my coworker is a senior citizen and Retired Vet. But, what really made the day was the Associate with the green apron and blonde hair. My friend asked if she was a Manager I told him no, she is just a great person giving the great 😃 customer service everyone deserves. And, this is my go to store, she saved me because I was saying that this location is good.

Believe me when I say they have the best ice cream and waffle cone in the county... What the heck in the country. My favorite German chocolate ice cream, my mother loves getting her ice cream in a cup. My grandson having a blast. Oh, the fries have outdone many fast food places. 5 stars and outstanding customer service. Everyone is so happy here. Everyone who works here is willing to work beyond their means to customer satisfaction. I love it here even on rainy days. #happy
