I ordered a large fries and this is what I got , C'mon man, this is RIDICULOUS,and then they gave me ketchup and one packet was open and splattered ALL OVER MY CAR AND CLOTHES , Who is in charge of this? Get it together , why are you cheating people ? I paid for a large fries and barely got a small, and then you give me an open packet of ketchup? What's wrong with you people? Don't come to work if you can't do the job the correct way, very simple

Came to pick up a mobile order. There were no employees in the restaurant, but the lobby door was unlocked. Supposed to be open 24hrs.

Today 6/20/2022 at around 3:00 AM i went to get some food from this McDonald’s The cashier told me on the speaker he does not accept credit card and cash only so I said OK i have cash although I didn’t like it then when I proceeded to the window the cashier refused to give me a receipt! and immediately i start thinking the cashier is stealing money from the owner of this location so I paid for food cash with no receipt when I left I called 911 reported to the Evanston police and I was told you need to speak to the owner of this Location the police cannot intervene The complaint has to come from the owners of this location… so for the owner of this location reading this check your night crew At that time and date above they are selling food for cash at your restaurant.. The interaction with the cashier was recorded on my end

Speed was good as usual for fast food, but the person taking my order wasn't very friendly and talked in a way that made you feel like you're stupid if you say something that sounds different from how the menu lists it. Just need a little training on how to speak to customers
