Location is the main reason we chose to live here in the Summer. Easy access off the Highway. Quiet family camping. Activities for young and old. Retired or otherwise bring your dog and enjoy Lighthouse adventures, Outlet shopping, Seafood, and multiple activities. Beach is nearby!

Does a “seasonal camp ground” also mean seasonal HOA fees? Or do you pay HOA fees year round but only have access May to October. Also, is the Park open until the end of Oct or Oct 1? Are dogs allowed at this park?

There is one set rate for the season, no other fees. You can pay for the upcoming season in separate payments but it must be paid in full prior to the start of the season. Dogs are welcome and there is a nice dog park as well. Hope this helps.
