Based on the prominent Tide branding you’d expect this shop to leave your clothes smelling fresh and clean… but, no. I’ve been a customer for about 4 years and the quality of service has dropped dramatically. Same day service is great, but not if my clothes is not clean. At least 3 times in the last 6 months I’ve picked up a load of shirts an pants only to find the clothes smell like dirty water, and my pants with wrinkles from being worn. I’ve tried talking to manager and staff and have been told that it’s a problem with the filter… I think it’s more likely they aren’t washing them thoroughly. I hate to leave a 2 star, but I don’t want anyone else to get surprised. I hope they get back to their old ways.

Monica and team took great of our comforter cleaning. We were skeptical at first due to bad experience with other cleaner with comforters shrinking and becoming lumpy. After pickup, we immediately dropped off of another due to the work quality.

I've used this location for dry cleaning for well over a year now. Their pricing is great, their delivery timeframes are spot on, and they communicate well with me by email letting me know my clothes are ready for pick up. They do a great job all the way around.
