On May 2, 2022 around 4PM I drove for 45 minutes to 1600 Kelly Blvd. ste 100 Carrollton, tx to ship a package . The guy who came to the desk after I rang the bell for service told me I have to bring my own box as they don’t have shipping boxes nor pouches. I bought a box from the nearby UHaul and went back and rang the bell again. Before he sent me to buy the box , he estimated the price and I said fine. When I came back with the box, even before weighing the materials he told me it would cost me more, I said fine. He gave me a paper to write down my address and the recipient’s address. Even if I told him I need only the recipient’s phone number , city of residence and name as DHL office is going to call the receiver to pick up the package from the DHL location, he was not willing to do it. He was so mean, disrespectful and unprofessional. I forgot to ask his name as I was so tired and mad. First of all they need to have packing supplies (their job is to ship packages), second they need to train their staff about customer handling. I click one star because there is no negative star( I should have given him negative 100).

My express package has been “on hold due to bad weather “ for 5 days now. I live in Dallas, there is not even rain right now. Customer service is a joke, and impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone.

Took advantage of an old lady. I had my mom drop off an envelop to be shipped to Hong Kong. She told the associate that she wants it regular delivery. A whopping $81 to send an envelop. I can't help but think this is price gouging on an old person.
