This gym has everything you need to get a full body workout. The manager Keith keeps this gym very clean and always sanitizing everything. I have been using this gym for over 2 years and would recommend to anyone looking for a great clean facility to workout.

Been coming here for about two years. Great gym. They have everything and anything you could need to do any good workout. Plus a dry sauna. Keith has been the manager since Ive been goin here and he is great. Gotta check it out!

Very convenient location and a nice size to get a quick workout in! Keith has always been welcoming and friendly which is why I have no problem with going to this gym for over a year now! He’s also knowledgeable about equipment too!

Recently rejoined and definitely the best decision ever! I love this gym it is always clean and not crowded like the other gyms out there. Also, Keith is the BEST! Always so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this gym!

They dont position themselves as a discount gym. Their rates are not bad (35 or so) but not 10 bucks. There were a few 10 dollar gyms in the area over the years but all that I knew of have gone under.
It has 2 bathroom, each with their own shower.
They do not have day care at the Denton road facility
