I was here yesterday and the employee doing my pedicure burned my foot with scalding hot water. He was aware, apologized and put cold cotton on my foot throughout the pedicure which helped. However I could not enjoy the pedicure and could not put my left foot in the warm water the rest of the time. I was charged full price and was so taken aback that I paid and tipped well. I called the next day and spoke to a manager about it and was offered 15% off my next service. I told her this was really disappointing and was repeatedly told that’s the best they can offer. Terrible customer service!!

Worst gel manicure I’ve had in a long time. The nail technician took forever to do it too, only to have not one but THREE nails peel off in less than 24 hours!! I called the salon and they agreed to redo my manicure with another technician free of charge. However, less than 2 days after having them redone, the same thing happened! My natural nails are have also been really damaged (tearing and paper thin) from the aggressive way in which both of the technicians removed the gel from my nails (not soaked properly and overly sanded down with the nail drill). Could not be more disappointed with this salon.

Went for acrylic removal woman did an awful job and damaged my nails even more. She did not soak them off like you’re supposed to. She popped them off by taking a plastic tip to shimmy under the nail creating more damage to my real nail. She had no patience or time apparently to soak my nails and properly remove them.

My name is Priscila, and yesterday I went for the second time to Meraki Spa in Newburyport, MA To get a pedicure and manicure. Ken was very nice, his attention to detail was great. I left the Spa 100% satisfied with the service. The application Gel polish was spotless. I don’t usually leave a review, but this time it’s well deserved! Thank you! I recommend this place to all my friends in the area.
