Absolutely in awe of how beautiful this arrangement is - Lorena's Creations. I found this flower shop via google reviews and I am so glad I gave it a shot. I really wanted to order special flowers for my sister's birthday. She lives in Dallas and I live in Toronto, Can. These arrived by noon and the shop kept me posted and let me know as soon as they were delivered. It was super easy to order online, and I followed up with an email. The person who responded assured me they received my order and would be able to make the arrangement similar to the website photo. My sister LOVES these gorgeous flowers and I am so happy with them. The gold vase is such a nice touch, and will be reusable and of good quality. Thank you so very much! I will definately be ordering from you again!!

Wow this florist is awesome. Wanted to use a local florist and their customers service and work product was great. Online ordering was easy and I also called them and they made sure the delivery made it to the hospital immediately. Highly recommend and will use them again.

They didn't have the exact arrangements that I wanted. I called to ask a few questions and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone asked me to send photos of the arrangements and they would let me know if they could do them. Within minutes of sending pics, I received a reply that they would be able to. I called them on Friday at almost close of business for 2 very large standing sprays and 1 smaller standing basket and the flowers were made and delivered the following Wednesday. I think they did a fabulous job accommodating my wishes. They contacted the Funeral home to make certain what time and day to bring the flowers and sent me photos of each to make sure I was satisfied. They were very thorough, and the arrangements were beautiful. Thank You Estrella's!!! I would definitely use them again in the future.

During your busy day you took the time to speak to me on the phone twice describing and advising me on a flower arrangement to send to the family of my best friend who just died of cancer. The arrangement was very important to me and ordering over the phone is a scary process. The advice you gave resulted in the beautiful flowers attached and the prompt delivery was so appreciated. The family loved them. I live in Ohio so the chances of me needing your assistance again probably will not happen but I recommend you as an excellent floral shop.
