We came all the way from New Mexico to Dallas and chose Bawarchi to have the best Indian meal. They did not disappoint at all, we had the best good after ages. Being away from home this sumptuous meal definitely mattered. Loved all the food items we ordered. Very hygienic and friendly environment. Overall service was really good

Ordering is easy, food taste is good. But no quality. I ordered chicken 555 and vijaywada biryani. To much batter and May be 3 chicken pieces that too bad quality in the appetizer and remaining is deep fried batter pakoda. In biryani, I never saw a biryani it coming with 1 small boneless piece and remaining with gravy. There is definitely need to improve quality of food or see what they are putting in parcels. I got really disappointed after seeing biryani. I was convincing myself when eating started that biryani will be good but no way it satisfied.

I had a horrible experience with this place. I am a pure vegetarian, I ordered a paneer biryani and i even started eating but in between i saw some meat pieces (pictures attached). When i called the restaurant, the lady who answered call didn’t even apologize initially, instead answering in a way that i am reporting something unreal and said that this had never happened and that no one has ever reported. With multiple pauses and on hold and reverted saying ok ,do you want a refund and was provided later I sent them the pictures. The restaurant needs to understand its not about the money i called for but for a vegetarian it’s a bummer to have such experience. Never going back there !!
