The smoothies don't seem to be made the same way twice. The flavors aren't very good. There are few options for someone with dietary restrictions and the employees don't seem to want you to create your own combination. They aren't helpful or informative. I just got a smoothie that was literally juice and ice. Ridiculous, it tastes terrible, it costs too much for that. The service is always bad.

The young kid working at the drive thru informed my friend and I at 8:15 that the store was closed. Online and on their door it claimed to be open until 9:00. I would sympathize with the store if the customer came in at 8:55 or so with a demanding order, but come on man. He was super flustered too and didn’t even try to offer any conciliation. My friend asked him “can you even legally do that?” Haha

Smoothies are great. Staff is very friendly and recommend new things so ur not stuck in the usual routine. Shift leaders are always on point and helpful

I was headed to a 7pm rehearsal. My smoothie didn't have the correct fruit. I turned around and apparently they have to key in the system exactly what is ordered before they can remake!! I had already waited behind a customer with a big order. I wish I had asked for a refund. I was late for my rehearsal. I need to purchase a blender and some fruit....
