Went on lunch break and found long line but it moved amazingly fast and the service was great. Didn’t have to wait long for food either. Their sweet tea is always good. First time trying the baked potatoes and I was not disappointed. Very filling and included plenty of toppings.

Update: I was very impressed with McAlister's response to my review. They took care of us and made this bad situation right. I have updated the review accordingly. Do not do take out if you want to get your money’s worth! I just got home and they didn’t even give me a legit club. It was missing the middle pieces of bread and they didn’t toast it at all. They also forgot to put my chips in the bag. Also, the kids mac & cheese bowls were halfway filled. My wife’s meal was sub par also. We usually eat there and we will do that from now on. I definitely deserve some money back! Please, someone from the restaurant reach out to me.

Decided to have dinner at this location yesterday night, but had hard time finding ANY CLEAN table. Did only 3 photos, much more tables were messy. Shame.
