Nice new building. Dined inside and menu was a bit confusing. Ordered the 2 pc. chicken (white meat) $5.69 and employee wanted to charge me the $11.00 meal. No, that's not what I want. Chicken was ok but a little greasy. Ordered a cup of water (not bottled). Was charged $0.46 for it. I hope Lisa get thirsty and comes by my house. I'll charge her $0.46 per cup by cup price special. Thanks Lisa !!

I ordered a 3 piece dark and they only gave me a 2 piece dark. Not acceptable especially since I paid for the 3 piece dark meal. They got the sides correct just shorted me the 3rd piece of chicken. And I drive out of my way to go to them to get dinner for myself. They are not in my area. They are 20 minutes away from my home. I could of stopped at 2 other chicken places that were on the way and gotten chicken from them but I preferred Lisa's over the others and then they rip me off on my food. I'll know for next time.

Fried fish dinner was good. Fish was cooked crispy. Cole slaw was spoiled so we lost our family sized container but it happens. The review would of been 5-Stars if not for the Cole Slaw. Family meals are a great value.

My wife ordered 2 piece white with 2 sides and 2 piece dark with 2 sides. This was a drive through order. When she got to the window, the Asian male told her that the total was $29.41. When my wife questioned him, he had already swiped the bank card. He gave her $13.00 in change. I called and spoke to Chris the manager. Chris was rude and refused to accept my complaint as legitimate. We wont be going back to the Pipeline location. Employees need more training. The chicken wasn't good like it has been in the past. This location deserves a negative 100 The cash
