NEVER shop here for electronics omg they will sell yu a tv they know will not last for a month! No damage to it but the picture going out had it for 1 day n it blinks off and on the tv company told me they had to be aware of the problem

The staff was very unprofessional/ were just going thru the motions. I was not greeted with a welcome (as i usually am). I am a repeat customer here, and never had such a terrible experience, specially considering I was the only customer in the store. Frank was specially rude, yelling out to me what I should and shouldn't buy. He even went as far as suggest I should leave, because he couldn't figure out the computer ( how to cash out) he spent 10-15 minutes trying to figure out the computer while explaining to me that he "used to work here" (said this about 4 times). I as a customer am trying to spend my money and leave nothing else. DO NOT COME HERE ON A SUNDAY. Employees are not interested in helping they are trying to go home.

The Customer Service used to be OUTSTANDING...until last year, when management changed. NOW....The staff members are rude, not at all welcoming. That's if you are lucky enough to get one to help you before you get mad and tired of waiting, and leave. The last time I had to go in there I was the only one in line and was ignored for 8 mins while 3 staff members played, laughed, talked, and cut up. When I was finally acknowledged it was with attitude and totally void of any form of customer service.
