My husband and I have stayed here 1 year at Shady Acres. It is first class. Everything is kept so clean. I have looked at other RV Parks and none hold a candle to Shady Acres. The Manager Thelma is the best. She us always so helpful. I plan on staying here as long as they let me. I know most people say you can't give a 5 ⭐ rating. But I can for Shady Acres. It is a 5⭐ RV Resort. I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here. The people here are so nice and helpful. I love it here.

I wanted to wait a month to do a complete review. We have been here one month now, and I can honestly say that they take care of the property and the campers. Even after hours they are out and around the property working, cleaning, do regular upkeep & maintenance, and so on. There were two occasions that I needed assistance after hours, and Ms. Thelma without hesitation helped me get my propane tank filled, and changed in smaller bills for me to do laundry. The pictures you see are 100% accurate with regards to how clean it is, and stays. They have security cameras all around the property, and take keeping campers, kiddos, and property safe. The pool, basketball court, game room, and gym are all just added bonuses to this RV Park. Oh, and Ms. Penny was so helpful with regard to a mis delivered package. She didn't have to do anything, but she told me exactly what to do and offered to call or help find/track it down. Very happy with our decision to stay here, and could not recommend them enough.

My husband and have been here for a couple of weeks now. This place is absolutely amazing!!!! It has everything you need . It has a very nice , clean laundry, very clean bathrooms with showers. Also has a game room & weight room. They are in the process of putting in a pool & play ground for kids. It already has a full basketball court. But I can't say enough about Thelma she is the manager here. Our hose was leaking, I went to the office to see if they had one for sale. They did put it wasn't enough . I told her I guess I will have to go buy one. She told me no come with me. She took me and gave me of her hoses to use while we are here. That's the kind of people you will meet here. You need anything you just ask her. She is truly a gem.

We moved here last February and love it! The park is quiet, clean and has all the amenities. We love the new concrete pads and the laundry room and bathrooms are always clean well kept. The friendly and helpful staff are superior to any we’ve ever experienced. Thank you Shady Acres making us feel ‘at home.’
