I never like spending money, but let me say the two ladies in the office—Sara and Terin actually allow me to enjoy spending the money. They are always so sweet, never without a smile and a kind word. They were a big help for three months while we were completing a home remodel. I won’t miss spending the money but I will miss speaking to those ladies on a regular basis! I should not neglect to say that we found the storage facility very adequate for what we were looking for. Thanks again ladies!

Great customer service...been using the facility for 6 or 7 years. But due to ridiculous price increases ill be moving to a different facility. Found a place, same size unit that's climate controlled for $35 less....when I moved in it was like $75 now it's $125

I can not express to you enough how incredibly sorry you will be if you use this facility. After 1 week of moving all of our belongings in, we were burglarized due to the facility leaving the empty unit next to ours unlocked. $6,000 worth of belongings were stolen/destroyed and conveniently the cameras don’t work. The employees have been incredibly u professional and I was cursed out and made fun of by assistant manager, Taryn. When I tried to make a complaint with the manager, she claims she was “sitting right next to Taryn” and never heard her say anything. So, if you want to be burglarized, vandalized and then cussed out and made fun of by the employees, rent here, because this is what you will get! And the manager is totally fine with it.
