I have worked with 9tailors on a Wedding suit before and more recently on a regular black suit. I have also come in to browse their End of season sales and worked with them on a french cuff shirt. All of my experiences have been positive. Regarding my most recent appointment, I worked with Samantha on a rush order. She helped me via a virtual appointment to confirm that my measurements on file were the same. They were able to action the item before my deadline including small alterations to the fit of the jacket and pants. I certainly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Hopefully my next appointment will be in person so I can enjoy the swanky office space!

My husband got his suit from 9Tailors for our wedding, and had a great experience! They did have to make some secondary alterations, but were quick to remedy them, and the finished product was fantastic. Would definitely work with them again!

Great experience. Everyone was so thoughtful and patient. Originally emailed with Barbara and she was always wonderful . Timely with responding. When I had my first appointment, Daryn took my measurements. He was always very careful and telling me what he was gonna do. He was always asking me questions, trying to know what I wanted. Offered really good advice on all the options available. Overall wonderful experience and will be recommending it to everyone looking for a suit!!

We have the following Covid-19 procedures in place. 1) Clients may bring up to 1 guest to the appointment. Prior approval from the 9Tailors team is required if you plan to bring more than 1 additional guest. 2) Clients must wear a mask or face covering during the appointment, unless there is a medical reason not to do so. 3) When entering the showroom and/or before each appointment, employees and clients are required to wash their hands. 4) Employees and clients must maintain 6ft distance from each other and observe other social distancing measures.
