I only give ONE star because I must give something, certainly not because of their service. After rushing from our job site in Rockwall all the way to FTW just to pick up a steel order from Elkins, I was greeted with an extremely unfriendly office help named Pattie, I believe. She not only was rude, but also was quite clear that she did not want to help look for or even put in my order due to it being called in 15 min before close. Word to the wise....do not plan on being serviced anytime close to 5 at the establishment as their hours may be showing five o'clock as closing time, their help is done working at four. Second note worthy tip, dont dare mention Ready Cable (who's prices are a bit cheaper 😘,fyi) in front of mister "Bubba" 🤡. It makes him salty enough that you will see his face turn red, fumes begin blow...then, he will go as far as to tell you he wont make the sale because, "you dont mention READY CABLE" around me!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 wow! I think the only reason I'll come back is to speak with someone higher up in position and to discuss this horrible behavior and lack of sale as well as the loss of a customer.
