Very kind and patient lady working at the return counter today. I wish I had asked her name! My online return wasn't scanning easily so she figured out a way to find my order. She did not seem concerned that it was taking awhile to process and was incredibly sweet. I appreciated that she took on the burden of figuring out a solution instead of putting the pressure on me to figure it out. I was glad the return was processed!

The place is going through renovations so after that's done it will look more appealing. It's a bit high priced, $48 dollars for a pair of pants is a bit expensive if you can't find items on the sales rack. I went there to use some gift cards that I had for awhile.

Tjmax is much cheaper now, not sure where all the Kohl's deals went but, they still have some nice clothes and name brands if you want to pay a bit more

Kohl's has always been my "go-to" store. Very disappointed last visit. Still good option if looking for t-shirts and jeans but very limited selection for dressy casual. Most of ladies dept was discounted and out of season items.
