ManiQ has redeem themselves with me and made it right . I see Katie who by the way does the best work on my feet that anyone has ever done in 28 yrs of getting my pedi and nails done . I see her every 2 weeks and it’s like going to a therapy appointment . Then when she waxes my eye brows the massages she give my head is so amazing my eyes 🤪literally cross from the best feeling ever ! Welp they don’t know it yet but they can’t get rid of this customer ! 💙I love this pace

I absolutely love this place. I started coming when they first opened and over the last 2 years myself and my adult son come bi-weekly for manicures as well as mani/pedi’s on the alternate visits. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and although everyone is great, I enjoy my time with Katie. Katie makes me feel like a million bucks especially when I’ve had a rough week at work. She is very into making you feel relaxed. Even when I get my eyebrows waxed her temple massages are so soothing. I give this place a 10+++++ Try them you won’t be sorry.

very disepointed...I always used this salon before Covid..Just started back having manicures and pedicures. my pedicure was not the same as before...just water in foot bath ..so little done to feet ...asked for the calusus on bottom and sides of feet to have extra work ..just a little scrapeing..not a lot of attention given to sides of nail .. had to keep pointing out what needed extra attention...no massage ..quick lotion ..polish ..done. The worst problem are my nails...no soak ... no cuticals taken care of ..no trimming of nails to even out...even when i asked ..told it would be done. put on tips and started the gell process .. mentioned cutucals and dead skin around nails..told it would be taken care of. well bottom line ..some of my nails (glue) is stuck to the skin on the side and it is hurting, there was gell and ? under each nail that I am trying to clean out, the worst is after my nails dried she took a metal tool and was shaving off the cuticals and dead skin on sides. Did not realy notice how bad it looked till this morning. looks like the nails have grown out for a week + ...Just had them done yesterday. space between nail and cuticles all around. . I am dissapointed in my self for not speeking up about a lot of this and there was no lotion hand massage at end. Im hopeing this is unique to this salon and not all...I intend tohave my nails done again somewhere else. It is not cheep to have this extra luxery in your life (arthritist prevents me from being able to do my own) and I dont mind because everything has gone up and people have to make a living but if I am goimg to pay the price at least give me the same quality of service.I feel I am a generous tipper because I appreciate the girls who spend all day doing this work...wish I hadnt tipped her and spoke up. My fingers are hurting today from the glue on the sides. Sorry this is long ..Felt I could not give a brief word for such poor quality of service and lack of listening to the customer.
