Just went to get my rings resized. I was nervous because one of them is my grandmother’s wedding ring. We were in and out in 20 minutes. They did an amazing job, and even cleaned them. Super nice, super professional.

I had to have my wedding ring/bands cut off about 3 years ago due to an accident. I was so scared to take it anywhere to get it fixed because a jeweler said it would be pretty expensive to fix because of the channel set diamonds. Plus it would take several weeks, plus I don’t trust anyone. 😊 My wedding anniversary is next month and I have been missing my rings, so I googled today to take it somewhere since the place that made the ring is 10 hours away. I was so impressed by Instant Jewelry Repair. Absolutely amazing people! I dropped it off today around 11 and had it back by 3pm! They are so kind and honest and extremely reasonably priced for their work. I drove 30 minutes to them, even though there are probably at least 100 jewelers closer. They are my new Jeweler for sure! I highly recommend!

These folks are AMAZING!! I should have grabbed a photo of what disaster befell this ring prior to the photos below, but I can tell you the stone had fallen out (almost lost for good - tanzanite is NOT what you want to lose) and the prongs were bent and she was dirrrrrrrty! I was terrified to leave my ring overnight or for any period of time because, let's face it, I know NOTHING about how to appraise or check. I have trust issues.. This is one of the reasons I went here - they fixed her back to her glory days ON THE SPOT! In about 15ish minutes and even suggested the stone be lowered so it didn't fall out from original setting. I went with lowering because the ring is precious (see what I did there? 😉) to me and I didn't want the same outcome as before. The price was MORE than fair and she was as clean and perfect as the day he asked to marry him!! ******************** PLEASE take your jewelry to these folks - as another reviewer put it - they are GREAT people that KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! I went in several weeks ago after finding this jewelry shop on google to have a capacitor replaced in a citizen watch. They had it in stock and replaced it and had me on my way in minutes. Wonderful! Then I had been wanting for a while to have a ring guard made of two 14k bands to go with my wedding band. They rhodium plated the band, polished all of them and had the guard made in about 1 hour. Amazing. It is a family business and they all have been super gracious on both visits. They are welcoming and want you to be happy with their work. Which I am. Thrilled. I was hesitant to let anyone work on my wedding set, but he did a beautiful job and it is exactly what I wanted. Go see them. Keep them in business. We need folks like this.
