My favorite restaurant in Fort Worth. Because the people are nice, the food is good and it’s cheap. it’s simple. Feels like small town cafe in a big city and off the beaten path. It’s my little secret spot I like to show people because I feel like it’s a kept secret but they clearly stay busy from those who know.

They have drive thru. It's just a small cafe for quick breakfast and lunches. Open 6am-4pm 7 days. Wait staff are crazy and not uniform. Some will refill your drink. Others, go get it yourself. X meal maybe price with girl A. Then girl B has a price for same meal X for 50cents more. Some will pay at table, others forced to pay at window. Food is reasonably cooked and fair to a bit small portions but what your paying it's a good value! Not a dress to impress type of place. It's primarily for the working man.

I've heard soooo much about this place, (prices stuck in the 80's) so I finally got myself in here for a Sunday lunch (helps avoid the crowds) to find out for myself! Yay for me! What a great story behind this place (you should read it), and the actual owner waited on me today... Whoa!?!? On a Sunday?!?! and why not...he runs a business, and what a business it is! I dined in, grabbed a cool, green, retro table, ordered the 3 taco (pollo, shredded beef, ground beef) lunch with 2 sides, (green beans and rice). For dessert, how about a slice of warm apple pie with hot coffee? Taco's we're tasty, with crispy corn tortillas, and the sides were awesome. Even those green beans 😂 love em... As I sat there awaiting my order, I couldn't help but feel as if my own "Tia Rosa'' was going to bring me lunch herself. Simple, clean, humble and sincere, this place is legit. I like it...and so do all the locals! All that for $9.50...so my tip ended up being more than my bill ✔️ I'm now a customer who will continue to support this unique story. You should too!

This is an old small Cafe from years ago. Ate here many times in the 80's and enjoyed. If you want fancy food and surroundings, don't go, but if you want home cooking at reasonable prices in a cozy setting, this is it. There is a good selection of breakfast and lunch items, all you need. The prices are wallet friendly. Servers were friendly and treat you like they appreciate you. As a long time resident, I have been taking my neighbor, who moved here from Ohio, out. This is our 15th and he enjoyed this one, as well as the others. Try it out.
