Do NOT waste money on booking a “party package”. We are from out of town and thought Planet Pizza looked like a blast! We booked a party for my son’s birthday. When we arrived, nothing was set up in the room. We had to ask for everything: plates, napkins, balloons, laser tag passes, game cards, ice cream order forms, etc... I asked for help at the counter many times and the only one who could help was one young lady, maybe a manager? So we had to wait for her with every single question. The games require MANY credits and games earn very few tickets for prizes. Before I could check, my son swiped his game card for a game that cost 12 credits. The included game card with the package we bought is for 14 credits. So I immediately had to purchase more credits. There is ONE game for 2 credits in the entire place and a very small selection of 4 credits. We had leftover pizza and asked for a box to take it home. The manager told me they can’t give us pizza boxes as they cost them money. I explained we just spent nearly $200 today, they seriously couldn’t provide a box? She refused and said we needed to take the cardboard circles with paper to cover it. (We had an hour drive home). Why on earth do you have an entire kitchen of pizza boxes then?! We will never return to Planet Pizza. Choose Pizza Ranch instead.

They have very RUDE workers. Dylan is a supervisor and he is nothing but a freaking joke. I had to pry his name out of him. He told me he doesnt need to give me his name. WHAT? and the girl that answered he wouldn't tell me he name. Very bad customer service. It's sad because that really ruins everything. When you call somewhere they pick up the phone hello this is planet pizza my name is... ... nope what a freaking joke.

Definitely the place to go that is out of this world. The atmosphere is perfect for those of us that love to bask in all the aliens. The pizza is actually pretty good. Honestly, it is my favorite place for laser tag. Plenty of hiding places and plenty of different levels. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean.

Took a quick trip here with my daughter. It was a thursday so not busy. The gal recommended the buffet. Everything was lukewarm. My own fault should have known better. Small selection of games but we managed to rake in the tickets. The "prize" selections are terrible. For the amount of money I spent I would have gone to the dollar store and spend $5. Probably last time we go there.

Where a mask in or moving around but when eating at your table no.
We Do!
They're taking all recommended precautions
If you mean Lazer Tag or the arcade games, yes you can go play them without ordering food.
There are birthday party packages I believe.
