Greatest way to feel more hydrated and refreshed from too much travel of just a little run down!! The staff and team is so professional and friendly. I travel a lot for work and this is a "go to" for me! The environment is relaxing and it takes very little time to feel so much better!! Go! See Tony! He's amazing!

They treat a LOT of people horribly in the ER, including me. No compassion, they were rude, crude and indifferent. Patient Relations department is a joke. Call and find out who is in charge of the ER. Mail a letter directly to that person and ask them to call you. I agree you should complain to higher ups. I wrote a letter and hand delivered it to Good Shepherd ER. Lo and behold the nursing manager called me back! Emails are more easily ignored than a paper letter.
Yes it's open to visitors n staff from 7am to 14:00 hrs, after that we have a small kiosk at north entrance which has Starbucks coffee, sandwiches and simple eats, and that is open until 21:00 hrs

With so many insurance programs out there, Patient Registration would have to see the insurance card to accurately answer that question. You could try calling and speaking with them and they may be able to better direct your question. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
