Bailey has went above and beyond during the entire process of utilizing this storage facility from the very first interaction. There have been times that he reached out just to let me know that there was not a lock on my unit just to make sure that I was aware and protect my things, and to see if he could help with anything. He has also reached out to me let me know my mom was having some issues getting in and helped me get her the right code to access the facility. He really just treats us so well, and I'm very thankful to have somebody looking over my valuables like him because I know I can absolutely trust that person. 10 STARS IF I COULD

The managers here so very kind and professional and request has promptly been taken care of. I made an appointment and was greeted at the designated time and toured the faculty. It is SO clean. It’s clear they spend a lot of time on site making sure it is top notch. Amazing customer service, fantastic product. Highly recommended

I was looking for a storage space; close to my home. I contacted Global, which is less than a mile away. When I got here, Bailey met me at the door and showed me the unit I had inquired about; talked to me about other unit possibilities, showed me those and provided financials for each. He also told me about the lock system, how it works, covers for mattresses and so on. I chose a unit I know I will enjoy and use. I highly recommend Global. And U highly recommend some form of recommendation for Bailey!

We recently re-located from GA and weren't sure who to use for storage as we hadn't had an occasion to need one before. I'm so glad we ended up at this facility. It was clean, climate controlled, newer feeling, and best of all has an awesome facility manager in Bailey. He was so kind and helpful offering a customer service you dont really see anymore. We would highly recommend this facility!
