The food was good. I was there for a meeting, and they couldn't get the laptop to display on the television. What made it more disappointing is when the employee said, yes, they have been having that issue lately. Then why haven't they fixed that? But the food was good.

Honestly disappointed in this location when we went. We absolutely LOVE the location in Avon, since we were at the mall we decided to go to this location. Lesson learned. My bf & I ordered the exact same thing. Chicken Caesar salad and a shareable nacho and cheese. They gave him a full portion of salad gave me a little less than half and chucked a small chip bag amount of chips on the other half of my plate along with the cup of cheese. There wasnt enough chips for us to share, again a small chip bag amount for a shareable nacho and cheese? Then when we tried to let them know that they didn't give me a full portion of salad, not even a half portion. We showed his portion and mine. We were told by the girl working the counter we would have to purchase another salad if I wanted more. After trying to explain the situation again she walked back into the kitchen and we ended up leaving because she hadn't come back out but was standing there texting.

McAlister’s Deli is a great place for lunch. I have now been to a couple locations for McAlisters and had a great experience both locations. Their sandwiches are a great size for lunch, and they provide a lot of different options. The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet lunch with family and friends, and the staff is great. They come around and check on you, making sure you have everything you need. The place is very clean, including the bathrooms. The prices are fair as well. Definitely recommend you give them a try!
