Salesperson was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and explained everything. Good follow up. It arrived sooner than expected and delivery went without a hitch. It would be nice to also have more info on how to properly care for it, but there is some. Th furniture (dining set) is excellent quality and stunning in design and appearance. Love it and very pleased with Frazier and Son.

Large store with many options. Sales person (Amity) was the right amount of helpful, too. The delivery team was great and solved unexpected issues the best way possible. They were very friendly and professional.

The service was great when I was inside the store, the lady who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. I bought a couch from there sale room under the impression it was a new couch with a minor defect. When I brought it home there was a bunch of dog hair under the cushions, popcorn in between the seats and scratches on the center console piece of the couch that folds down. I called and complained about the animal hair and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I stated that it was sold to me as a new couch and the lady said that someone had brought it home and had it for a “short” time. The amount of hair, food and scratches that were on this couch makes it appear someone else had it at least a few weeks.
