Swimming Pool Construction. The follow up service has been fantastic. Initial construction had delays due to supply chain which we understood. But the few issues we’ve had over the past 9 months have been resolved timely and professionally. Hats off to Jenn, Johanna and John who are wonderful to deal with. Pool construction. I have been waiting patiently for my pool construction. I know the back order of supplies has a big play. I am still waiting but they have stayed in contact and I cannot wait to have my pool. I will update once my pool is in.

Edited: In 2020, Schaper Roofing handled a stucco repair to my commercial building and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. They were persistent to get the job done right and had to order a custom metal cap for my parapet to install and secure it. Looking back now, I wanted to make sure that I posted about that experience. I recommend them. I've always had great service and workmanship from them.

We recently had our new fiberglass pool installed by Schaper. Admittedly, there were a few bumps along the way, but John Schaper was quick to acknowledge and rectify all in a professional timely manner. The ladies in the office (Jessica, Suzanne and Kathy) are great as well! They were always willing and able to assist in answering any questions we had throughout the construction process. I can honestly say this company cares about their customers and will do everything within their power to make sure in the end you are left satisfied. Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful pool we love and can’t wait for Summer to enjoy it! 😊
