On a Friday, I had a scheduled time block in which a technician was to arrive to replace the windshield (noon to 5pm). They brought a damaged/scratched windshield they were going to use. They said my options are to accept the damaged windshield or to reschedule the appointment. Seeing as that wasn’t really an option, I was forced to reschedule the appointment for the next day. I was informed that the replacement would take place earlier in that day. But I was given a time block of noon to 5pm again. I never received an estimated time of arrival for the whole second time block (or anything less than 5 hours). I had to call the store, but the replacement never took place that day. It was a total of 10 hours over 2 days that were wasted. It felt very contradictory to what they advertise. It felt disrespectful of others’ valuable time. I am still waiting for this windshield to be repaired. I feel that this was entirely unprofessional. I cannot understand why they don’t inspect the replacement windshields before they arrive for mobile appointments to ensure the replacement windshields are not damaged; this is very inefficient, and all of what happened could have been entirely avoided if the company used reasonable measures to minimize disruptions and maximize customers’ time. This was all very disappointing.

Windshield replacement through my auto insurance. So far, so good. The staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. The work was completed in the time-frame they said. I received a call to let me know my car was ready. Replacement required calibration of safety sensors and all are working fine (at this time). "Safelite Nationwide lifetime guarantee".

Tech damaged my paint around my windshield cutting deep into the metal, leaving gashes. In addition to he climbed and slid on and off the hood of my vehicle. Damaged my vehicle & overall blatant disrespect. Have contacted corporate & my auto insurance and no one has been able to get in touch with the Tampa location aside from a busy signal. For safety purposes I will not include the video footage but I do have it.

Well, after having great service with previous installations, they now have become just another come-and-go windshield company. They installed, incorrectly, our windshield. They made an appointment to fix, cancelled due to needing a part, and now have ghosted us. No return emails, no returns calls, no updates whats-so-ever!!

They answer most of the time. I think is depending how busy they are to send to the notional board
