The groomer barely started shaving my dog on her left side. Cut my dog. Had to take her to the ER to glue the wound. Which, accidents happen, but how do you have a cut that deep with sheers? Then an employee had the audacity to say they won’t charge us for the haircut. What haircut? They gave us back a dog who was shaved on one side of the ribs and left with a gash. What the heck? Anyway. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone go to that place.

This has been my regular petco for over a year now. I like this location, the store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they don't carry the food flavours I need, as my cat is very picky. But that's not their fault.
