Went in on Thanksgiving day for a Cinnabon(1count). Clerk charged me $4.49. I told him the price on the rack is $3.99. He said to me ‘that’s the old price’. Really? Doesn’t work that dude. One star for you this time

Went to self checkout. They have a sticker barcode titled "donations" on the receipt printer. When I put down the scanner, it repeatedly scanned this sticker and charged me an extra $3.99! Incredible. I point it out to the cashier and the manager comes over and doesn't move the sticker but says "oh yeah I don't know why they put it there." I didn't want to deal with it, but seriously? You know exactly why they put that there. It says "donations" on it.

This location is gross. Photos shared by a former employee who was similarly disgusted. You can see the moldy product and grossness in the kitchen. You can see the cellphone on top of the prep line. It also smells like hippy-incense most of the time, instead of Cinnabon, which is disappointing. Also, if you're brave enough to eat anything made in the kitchen, check for double-labels... I hear that they just slap a new one on there if the product still looks ok after it expires. 🤢🤮🤢🤮
