Shopping at this location is very pleasant; all of the associates are very kind and welcoming. However, working here is a different story. Some of the Management is very rude and disrespectful. When you need help with something they love to push out the time as if they don't even care. I have a whole video recorded of a manager being rude to me with an unacceptable tone as if I'm not even human. Past managers I was cool with all have something bad to say about this place. Like I said before, shopping here is fantastic, but you might want to go to Southlands Super Center or the one off of Chambers rd to have a normal Job with people who actually care about you.

Try to return some items on a Friday night after work, the only person that would’ve been able to help me with that it was assistant manager which was on a break. Need to have more people trained to assist in this matter if there’s only one person available.

For starters, there are no regular registers everything is self checkout. If there is a problem with self check out, you have to find an associate to help you. Then the associates are annoyed because they have to stop talking about social events with each other to help a customer. Trying to return/exchange WITH a valid receipt is still a nightmare! If store took the time to properly stock their shelves, they wouldn’t be selling expired rancid items for people to attempt to return. The return policy changes depending on the day and the person you talk to. This makes 2 days in a row that the customer service counter was closed 2pm yesterday and 4pm today, which the store is open until 11pm. This is just the tip of the ice berg of problems with this store. I will make sure to let everyone I know NOT to patronize this store!

There is a People Lead at this store who was very disrespectful and nasty and I will be sure to leave a review on Modesto Galvan any chance I get. If my reviews are deleted I will continue to present them until he is being taken care of. I would not feel comfortable being helped by him.
