I've eaten there a couple of times, thought it was really good. Unfortunately, last time I ate there I made the mistake of watching them make the sandwiches. The girl toasting the bread literally scooped up the tuna with her gloved hand made the sandwich wiped her gloved hand with a napkin and went on to the next sandwich. After about four sandwiches she finally changed gloves. Sorry I can't handle that.

Snarf's is awesome! Excellent sandwiches and never had an issue with paying for delivery, a few bucks extra (plus driver tip on top). Just went to place an order and the delivery charge was $11!? Not including tip, just $11 to drive 7 blocks. Seriously! Go get a sandwich, it will be awesome, but dont do delivery.

The bread, the bread, the bread. Yum. H o w e v e r, I had the Eggplant with tomato and lettuce but it turned out to be a lettuce and tomato sandwich! Where's the EGGPLANT, wow. So disappointed in the quantity and quality of the Eggplant they served. It was green and I'm not sure if they took advantage that I added lettuce and tomato and put less, but the amount was disappointing. FOLLOW-UP: the marketing manager contacted me while he was on vacation and offered me a free sandwich for my experience. I received it and will be back at Snarf's soon. Thank you.

*Edit: I reached out and spoke to the company via the email below and after describing my experience to them they responded quickly to help make up for all of that by making my next meal on them. Snarf's really is a fantastic company and will forever be the best sandwich in Colorado! Snarf's makes an excellent sandwich and I usually have excellent experiences ... but today was such a lousy ordeal that I won't be back to this location again. I had a terrible day as it was and tried to cheer myself up with one of their new sandwiches I hadn't tried yet. I ordered ahead by calling, went in and the employee handed me a bag, I got home (20 minutes away) and saw it must've been someone else's order because it wasn't even close to what I asked for. It had some kind of ham on it (which I can't eat) cheese (I said no cheese) along with pepperoni and salami (while good not what I asked for) and nothing else . My husband called the store and spoke to the manager who offered a refund or to remake it. He asked them to remake it and went and got it. He checked, it looked right, he drove home and I opened it to find (apparently) all of the toppings they carry when I only wanted the toppings that come standard on that sandwich (minus a few). I called back and the manager argued with me that that's what I said I wanted, I did not appreciate that but she did offer a refund and apologized. I did not take the refund, nothing against her, she did try to make it right, but all I wanted was to enjoy a sandwich from my favorite place on a very bad day. Instead I ended up wasting my money, and 2 hours of my time along with making my day even worse. So disappointed.
