The staff is very polite and very helpful. The work I had done is great minus a small detail which they will take care of it. The cost was reasonable and they offered me a rental till the work was done. I am very happy with everything. My congratulations to all the staff !!!!

Very pleased with Carsmetics. I had some door damage due to someone's carelessness in a parking lot. I stopped by the shop without an appointment and they tried to do some paintless dent removal while I waited -- but it didn't work due to the location. Instead, they had to do the whole deal with repainting and all, but they tried to save me some money. The work itself was done on time, at a good price, and looks great. The staff was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. David was particularly great. In an interesting twist, it seems that the Carsmetics folks damaged my plastic side-view mirror cover. They pointed it out to me before I noticed it, ordered a replacement plastic cover, and fixed it with no questions asked. It would be better that they didn't damage it, but major points for how well they handled the situation. Things happen -- it's all in how you make things right. I will definitely go back if I need work again. Thanks for a great experience.

Had 6 days to get my clear coat fixed on my mirrors and door handles, and they did research themselves and found out it was cheaper to replace these items to give me the best price! They squeezed me in even though they had a busy week of maintenance and were willing to work with me and kept me updated. This place is fabulous! I would recommend to everyone. Keith is awesome!

Very impressed! Took my 2012 Dodge Charger in to fix a huge dent in the front quarter panel. To be honest I never thought the car would look the same again. The estimate only took about ten minutes and their quote was over $500 less than the closest competitor. They covered my rental car for three days and when I picked it up I was amazed. It looks better now than before the accident. The staff was polite and helpful and I couldn't be happier. Completely satisfied with the quality of work. Highly recommended!
