I donated a bunch of very good items not too long ago and not even a thank you. The prices used to be great deals. But lately they think that they are a brand new retail store with the prices on almost everything. These are donations free things their getting and making 100% profit. So why not keep things priced in an amount that shows it was a donation and not that the company is getting rich.

Great size store with great prices. More importantly, the staff & store manager are very nice! I didn't catch the managers name but she was SUPER helpful and patient. I decided to sign up for a rewards card at checkout (as the store was closing). I ran into every error imaginable, I was so anxious bc I hate to be the person doing stuff like that when a store is closing. She was so calm & pleasant while overriding all the errors that were happening. I'm new to this store but bc of the great experience I had I make a trip here a couple times a week with my son and we usually have some great finds! Highly recommend!!!

I love the staff here but the Corporation needs to pay their staff higher wages and be better about pricing. They’re literally getting things for free. For example; I saw a sale tag from kohls on a pair of flip flops for $2 (new) and they repriced them for over $5, thats not right. I also organized a very large clothing and household drive (700 lbs) and they only gave me $200 to benefit the food pantry. Seriously how gray can you get? Corporate greed is disgusting in every corner, even at places where people are doing their best and buying second hand!! pay your employees better youre obviously doing VERY well, we can see the numbers.

This store is a real asset to Marlborough. I've been to other Savers stores and I cant wait to get out. This one is well organized and the people are usually friendly. I make all the donations I can to this store, and buy whenever I see something I need.

They should accept those. I've never seen them turn down a book whenever I've made a donation!
