I took back my bad review as they've really tried to do better, Angelica is very nice and helpful. The only reason I don't give a five star review is because lately there's been a selection issue with their core products. (ie: torches, different butane refinement levels etc...) I first and foremost come here as often as I do to get butane and new torches for my dab rigs because we all know that torches do not last that long! lol and they always need to be filled up with butane. The glass selection also has been missing consistent staples that everyone needs as well as a consistent size and fit range of glass accessories like bangers and extensions and what not. All in all though, great shop!

Sadly gone waayyy Down Hill!!!! Won’t be returning!!!!👎👎👎👎👎 When this shop first opened I really liked it and so did many of my friends! I went in pretty often, it’s was my go to shop for awhile. The employees working there had pretty good customer service plus knowledge about they’re products and prices were on point too! There was a guy I think was the manager at their first store that was there for awhile and he was so nice, extremely knowledgeable and just super helpful!! They carried a good variety of products as well and they still kinda do (The only reason I even gave them 2stars is because of the selection) but the prices went up. But now the guy working there is just AWFUL!!!! He has absolutely No customer service!!! Starting from when you walk in he doesn’t ever greet anyone and acts as if you coming in is a nuisance making it really uncomfortable!! He doesn’t smile and has no care or knowledge about anything they sell!!! That’s putting it nicely to say the least! Then the girl that works there is a tiny bit better. She’s a lil nicer but but has no idea what anything even is at ALL and can’t even understand the simplest glass questions. It’s ridiculous!! Neither honestly should EVER be working in any type of customer service job!!! Me and all the people I know that used to frequent here will no longer return to this shop because of them! Such a bummer to watch a shop turn so bad because of the employees!!! I wouldn’t waste your time or money here!!!!!

They didnt have what i was Looking for, but i liked their selection of hookas and cbd stuff. I wasnt too impressed with their pipe collection, but are a decent small head shop if you need something. Still, id like a bigger selection of cigarette options like a smoker friendly with a name such as theirs.
