I've been going to Carmine's deli for the last 30 years. They sell the best homemade Italian sausage sweet mild and hot I get the mild. I could eat the sausage everyday and not get tired of it. Top of the line sandwiches everything inside the store is worth buying. ALL of the employees very knowledgeable they know how to slice your lunch meats. I highly recommend Carmine.

About as traditional as it gets. Eveything you would expect from an old school Italian deli. The staff is very friendly and it was great to hear the family still does all the baking and preparing of foods. Definitely a stop to hit for a great sandwich.

Sandwiches are good and Carmine himself is super personable. Bought lunch and a can of San marzano tomatoes, he threw in a spicy sausage and said I'd be back for more. Will frequent again!

Masks are required to enter & 6' social distancing between customers is enforced. There are also only a limited number of customers allowed inside at once
I'm not sure about that but they have one of the brothers who just makes all different kinds of sausages another who does all the baking and I'm sure that they could make it for you
Likely not, however they had several specials and sales when I was there last. Call and ask what's on sale.
Very good selection of pastries, I just purchased Tiramisu with a Godfather sandwich (Bread is fantastic)..They have one of best butchers select meats & sausages a wide variety of Italian import products. Worth the drive from ARVADA
