My name is T.T. I have been working for over 4 years, I love working here because this place is so clean, everything is always sanitize after each customer and in the end of the day. Which makes me feel safe and comfortable to work 10 hours a day. The manager Annie is very kind and helpful to the employees. Her priority is customer’s satisfaction, she is always at the shop to make sure customers leave happily. Everybody here does good nails and always help each other that make us great team work.

First time I had Nancy she did a TNBC theme gel nails back in October. My toes had the sally stitches and she added a bit sparkle. She did an amazing job. Second time 1/17/22 I had David(Hoan) he did the ombre nails dip nail and black on my toes.. First time having dip and it looks good. Personally I won't go back to David. He kept using an electric file on my nails and that brush he used on my feet was uncomfortable. 1/19 After the appointment my nail bed/ sides of some fingers hurt and right now it still hurts. Maybe I am not used to dip. It just feels weird. 😞 1/21 One of my fingers has a blue dot. I don't know what is going on. Nothing I do makes it come off. Some of my finger nails still hurt. I called the location and they fixed my nails. Thank you for being professional. My nails don't hurt :)

Update: After seeing my review, Annie the shop owner contacted me to apologize for my experience and offered to completely change my nails. She had one of her best techs redo my nails into the shape I wanted. I was amazed by her customer service and willingness to fix my unhappiness. Better service than any shop I’ve been in. She changed my two stars to five! The staff is friendly but the quality of the nail service is not great. These are my nails 3 days later. Nothing should be peeling this soon or ever. I also came in wanting coffin shaped nails and my tech said because I have fat nail beds and I’m a big girl I should do Square. I regret not going with my original plan or place.

This was my first time at Majestic Nails with Tara who was suggested by a few customers on Google Review. I was very happy with the service and quality of work. I particularly liked that they have a booking system which seems to run efficiently as I received a call to advise that Tara was running behind by 10 mins. Tara was able to match the colour of my choice and love the way she shaped my eyebrows. I would highly recommend this Nail Salon and Nail Technician (Tara). My only criticism is the lighting is a little dim. Tara also mentioned that she is very good with ingrown nails (did not have this service so can't advise on the treatment). I was just going over your prices on your website after leaving my review and noticed the Gel Manicure & Majestic Pedicure Combo together with the eyebrow waxing that I received should have been $73 but I paid $92? Not sure if your prices on your website is accurate but worth looking over as this may cause some confusion.

When I first started coming here I loved the place. Now 7 months later the Quality has really gone down.

I had gone and was also not satisfied

Do you do acryllic fills by dipping method?

No that would be weird. Acrylics is traditionally sculpted with a brush for good reason. It behaves differently than dipping powders. Same reasoning used when you shouldn't be using a brush on dipping powders. They are two different styles.
