Clean and well organized store. Large variety, helpful staff and great bargains on their clearance items. Non clearance items are regular priced but if you have a hard to find size (which my wife does) you might find it here (she did). They also have clothing items. We didn't see any signage but ladies is the left half of the store, men the right half.

My father has been going to New Balance for as long as I remember, like 40 years. Almost every year for his birthday he buys himself a new pair as a birthday gift to himself. Normally the service is awesome and the experience is very pleasant. My dad turned 70 this year, and like always, he went to New Balance today to get himself a new pair of sneakers. He saw a sign that said Buy 1 get 1 50% off, so he grabbed 2 pairs. When his order was rung up, he asked about the sale sign because the total didn't reflect the signage. The cashier called his manager, who happened to be the same woman that had followed him around the store earlier when he had 1st arrived. When he asked for clarity, she explained the sale sign saying only specific styles. My father explained he had not seen that. She then raised her voice and got really rude and asked would he like for her to show him! My father responded that he didn't want anything and didn't appreciate the rude behavior or being yelled at and promptly left the store. Seeing my father so upset after the interaction broke my heart. My father is a polite man who always thinks about the little guy. Not sure if New Balance has lost a long time customer, still this behavior is unacceptable.

A huge store with the actual feel of visiting a retail outlet and not a factory one. The staff are very helpful and educated about all the products. It’s a good time to visit whenever there’s a big seasonal sale. They may not always have the latest and greatest models of the shoes or sportswear that you may be looking for though. But no complaints overall.
