I had a terrible experience at language connections to say the least. I took the legal interpreter course and it was an awful experience. From the class coordination, course itself, to the exams. The office coordinator lady very rude, and disrespectful not professional at all. The zoom classes were over the limit 50+ students (in other words was crowded) not leaving enough room for students to participate, express their questions, or concerns. Very poor value and professionalism. Do not recommend it.

Poor quality service and not professional. I contacted language connections to register for an upcoming program they had available but not only the office coordinator took two weeks to get back to me but was also very rude and unprofessional over the phone. After a long wait to be register for the class when the classes started the students did not received a book for the purpose of the training course in fact we were told to print out approximately 165-170 pages to what the office calls to be "The Lecture Book" for the class. Book which it was poorly made, the content was not well express, it was not in order and it did not have a content table. The instructor - student interaction was not the greatest very poor. They had over 40 students on a single zoom class not been able to coordinate and take care of each student properly on a timely manner. The instructor will constantly change subject and not respond to the student questions or concerns. The course was not properly made, they did not offer sufficient time for the training and as for the exams they were not what they said it will be. Awful experience.

I am an HR and Compliance Manager at a Technology Company in Peabody, MA and first made contact with Simon and Natalia from Language Connections in the spring of 2019. From the very beginning they were kind, courteous, and really took the time to understand our company needs and offer extremely competitive rates. My translation project was put on hold and I reached out about 4 months later and Simon reacted very quickly and positively despite the lapse in time since our original contact. Having policies translated is always panic inducing, but Simon and the team produced the documents in record time and everyone was very pleased with the quality, and again, the pricing is fantastic. We are looking forward to doing more business with Language Connections for some time to come.

I work in a marketing department at a company outside of Boston. We were having a Chinese client come in to work on a video and I contacted Language Connections to see if they could assist in hiring an interpreter as the client spoke very little English. Maria was wonderful to work with, got us set up with an interpreter very quickly and was extremely responsive and accommodating when we needed to change the schedule last minute. Anna, the interpreter was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond, helping us understand cultural difference and ensure that both parties were happy with how the project was progressing. Anna even came out with me for a day in Boston when I was taking the client on a tour of the city so she could help make sure we all had a good time. I could not recommend this service enough!
