Chris and his team was amazing team. I absolutely loved the level of energy and pace they are keeping up with! The crew kept cheering each other and kept the high energy throughout the move in move out process. I would definitely use their service again for next step in to a new house!

I am so overly impressed with the team of guys that moved my wife and I to our new home. Brandon, Jack, Eli, Garrett, Terrance, Rob, & Nate, were all awesome. They packed all our household items quickly and efficiently, then placed everything where we wanted it to be in the new house. They were all very personable and they worked fantastically together, hiring these guys was the best decision of my move. During May of 2017 I used Gentle Giant for my first move. The crew was friendly, and they moved at a fast pace. While they unloaded the truck at my new residence, I noticed my daughters high chair was damaged, I didn't even bring it up to them as she no longer needed it. However, fast forward to today I went to adjust my daughters crib as it started to squeak for the first time, and I noticed the screws were completely stripped because a power tool was used on it. You are not supposed to use a power tool, but a standard Allen wrench. Now I need to contact the manufacturer, to hopefully get replacement parts. NOTE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS ON CRIBS!!!

The team was amazing. We haven't been able to say enough positive things. We moved during an unexpected April storm, and our move was very unique to include 4 different locations to move. The boys were careful, kind, patient, and above all were always hustling. Jim was our foreman and he led the team flawlessly. He was conscious of what we wanted where, timing, and quality. They never complained and they were willing to go above and beyond. Such an amazing experience for what is usually such a painful process. We have been recommending them to friends and realtors since. Thank you so much gentlemen!!!

Demand for moving services is generally at its lowest during the middle of the month and, in particular, the middle of the week. If your schedule allows for a move on one of these days, many movers offer their most competitive rates during those times.
Gentle Giant, as well as all licensed movers, will not move hazardous or combustible items such as propane tanks, firearms, paint, and aerosols, as the temperature in the truck could cause these items to explode or ignite.
No, we are not equipped to dispose of trash. However, if you wish to have something transported to a waste disposal location, we are able to transport it at the hourly rate, plus any fee imposed by the disposal facility. If possible, talk to your move coordinator prior to moving day to make these arrangements.
Yes. Our professional movers and moving trucks are prepared to move during rain, sleet, or snow. However, in order to keep costs down, we recommend you shovel, rake, or otherwise clear the access ways in preparation for their arrival.
We recommend scheduling your move as far in advance as possible. The farther out you can plan your move, the greater the availability you will have in choosing a preferred date and time. A general rule of thumb is to contact us no later than two weeks in advance of your desired move date.
