Great place to work out. Everything is well organized, clean and in good condition.

Great place to gym at. I am from D.C. and was visiting some grandparents for a week. Called this place and asked if the did a week pass, which they did. Paid $20 for the week pass. A real nice gym for weight lifting. Had plenty of free weights, benches and squat racks. There is also a turf area, a few treadmills, stair masters and a Jacobs ladder. If you forget pre-workout, they sell the energy drink Bang and some other powder pre-workout. I enjoyed my time gymin here and will definitely go back when I visit again.
