First of all, this is one of my favorite sandwich franchisees. This location is well managed and staffed. The venue is well kept, clean and fresh. The food is great, which is consistent with my expectations from any Jersey Mike's shop.

I have a great experience every time I come in. The people are nice. Food is good. Prices are just a bit higher than I'd prefer but I feel like it's worth it for the fresher taste.

I haven't been to Jersey Mike's much and I just don't know why. I got the Italian and added the spicy sauce stuff, and got it Mike's way with rosemary parm bread. This tasted so fresh and delicious that I just don't know how subway can compete. I will be back for sure!

Completely filled by an act of genuine kindness. The woman making our sandwiches was cheerful and engaged us in warm conversation while preparing our food. My wife happened to mention that we were enjoying a rare moment alone while our kids were with friends and while the children in our foster care were visiting their parents. This sweet woman lit up. She came over and whispered something to another woman who rang up our order. Even though we used a coupon, these kind people gave us a special deal on top of it, all without saying a word to us. I'm so glad that I asked for a copy of the receipt; otherwise, I wouldn't have known. When I went back to thank this thoughtful lady, she explained that she wanted us to have an extra nice day because she was grateful for our service to kids. It melted my heart. The whole thing was done without any expectation of acknowledgment -- just pure generosity. And she did it with such obvious joy. It brightened my whole day. Besides that, our sandwiches were delicious. My Big Kahuna Cheese Steak was deeply flavorful: perfectly seasoned; flawlessly grilled onions and peppers; tender, juicy beef; and lots of gooey cheese. My wife's Original Italian had tons of just-sliced, intensely tasty meats; crisp lettuce; and exactly right seasonings. The bread was fresh and chewy with a crisp crust. These were already my favorite sandwiches. Today made my love for this shop all the more sure.
