This place can’t return a phone call or an email to save their lives. I wouldn’t let them touch anything I own. I asked them to help me order a broken piece on my Dyson vacuum. They told me to send them an email with a picture of the piece. I did and they never responded. I called to follow-up. They never responded. Forget them!

I brought my Janhome machine in for repair 5 months ago and have heard nothing from them. No phone calls and no messages. I called today and was informed they have thrown out my machine because they could not get the parts and they never heard from me. I will admit that I should have called sooner, but that they never contacted me and disposed of my machine without asking me is not acceptable. Add to this that they were totally unapologetic and quite rude. I do not recommend this business.

Brought a serger machine in because it kept getting jammed. They had if for 3 weeks, when ever I called it was "being looked at". FINALLY got is back and the FIRST time it jammed AGAIN with in 4 seconds. Over all they ROBBED me of 3 weeks of time AND the $90 for service. I would go ANYWHERE else. 1 star is to high of a rating but it's the lowest I can give.

I've been here a few times over the last few months had my vacuum cleaner fixed cleaned and a belt replaced very inexpensive while I was there I noticed the sign stating that they worked on computers I took my computer there in the rate in the service was unbelievable got myself a new battery for my Dell computer and upgrade two Windows 10 office 365 Outlook Express and my whole computer wiped clean it's like it is brand new total cost 135 unbelievable Dave and cleaned it up clean the keyboards so happy with the service would definitely recommend if you need your cell phone fixed computer fixed while looking for a vacuum cleaner of quality and you definitely will not break the bank
