Waited 15 minutes for frozen in the middle egg bites and scalding hot chocolate. I asked for the temp turned down and a couple of pieces of ice in the hot chocolate and they dis the exact opposite. Thanks for the tounge blisters. I can sooth it with the frozen egg bites. 😑 I freaking hate Dunks, but at least they don't screw up my order every time.

The servers here are super polite and hard working. They are very short on staff so it was about a 20 minute wait to get a cup of tea. It just was because of the sheer volume and the lack of help that I had such a long wait. Once I made it to the window the service was super fast. Bravo in such a difficult time

Rude girl took my order and then I found a dead fly in my coffee after I already took a few sips. Never go here. Waste of money. I had to throw my whole 32oz coffee away and when I tried to call, nobody answers and the voicemail is full. Called several times and they just hang up. Worse than Dunkin Donuts

Man, I just wanted a strawberry smoothie with whipped cream from this hut because I used to work here and like to see my old coworkers sometimes. They put whatever type of flavoring in it, I was thinking like 7 pumps of banana or whatever. I don’t know, it just was not good at all and I know what a strawberry smoothie tastes like.
