Tetonia, population 269 according to the sign. Two bars, one gas station, one cafe (closes at 3 pm) & an LDS church. There isn't a campground with a shower anywhere in the area that allows tents except Teton Peaks, thank you Tori. It wasn't cheap for my "tent" space but I did get a shower although supper consisted of a turkey sammich from the local gas station. Apparently the owner of Teton Peaks has misunderstood my review, or maybe I wasn't clear. I gave three stars because they don't actually have tent sites. I gave 5 stars for service because Tori accommodated me and of course 4 stars for location. Maybe the part I wasn't clear about was that this is the ONLY campground that will allow a tent and for that I was grateful. Yes Tetonia is an Itty Bitty little town and with that comes the likelihood of less services, that's what attracted me. Maybe I should have also stated that my turkey sammich was fantastic, it was. Sorry for the three stars but maybe a couple of dedicated tent spots behind the office at a reasonable price would help. Maybe read the review a little more carefully next time.

I was having an Airbnb nightmare and the staff at Teton Peaks Resort got me booked for a same-night stay and helped me with an early check-in for free! When I arrived, I was greeted by name, offered free kombucha, and they already had the room nice and cold for me. They even offered to help carry my luggage up! The room was spacious and looked recently remodeled and the entire facilities is really nice - open yard with plants of seating for guests, solo stove campfire pits, horse shoe pits, frisbee golf equipment, and string lighting. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s hard to beat the value they offer in price and the assurance that I had as a guest that they would take care to make sure the stay was nice.

My family and I booked a little house. When we arrived there, we didn't have to check in at the main office. They were already expecting us, so they gave us instructions about the key (that is awesome, when you drive hours with kids, all you want to do is get there and rest) The kitchen was fully equipped. There was even a blender, a dish washer and essential dishes and flatware. There is a fire pit and a picnic table outside. They were clean. You do need to bring your own wood and chairs if you want to sit around the fire. They have a big area, for you and the little ones to play games outside. I loved that. My family and I will sure come back to this place. It was a great experience for us to stay there.

10 out of 10! The property, amenities and location are all top notch! The hosts are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Walking distance to Dave’s Pubb if you feel like wetting your whistle or grabbing a slice of ‘za. Badger Creek also nearby for a nice little breakfast. Clubhouse has shuffleboard, foozeball, original Nintendo, a variety of board games, etc…. It is sooo fun! If you live in the area, I’d highly suggest staying here for a staycation. You’ll love it!

I'm pretty sure they do call Josh or Misty , I'm sure they'll help you out
As the others have stated there are no cabins on site, but there is the hotel / Motel. We stayed in the campground so I'm unaware of what the rooms look like. The individuals that helped us were extremely friendly and helpful though.
